National Lacrosse League: Boston Blazers

I'm very excited about an upcoming opportunity (thanks Dan!) to shoot the Boston Blazers professional lacrosse team at the TD Garden in Boston this Saturday, April 3rd.  The Boston Blazers are currently 1.5 games back of 1st in the NLL East behind the Orlando Titans and these two teams meet this Saturday at the TD Garden.  It should be a really exciting game.  GO BLAZERS!

My Father's Memory

These are the first couple of shots that I took of my dad's guitar. He passed away a few years ago and moving stuff around to avoid damage during a recent flooding, I opened the case and felt that I needed to take some pictures.  I could almost hear him playing and remember watching his fingers pressing the frets that now show signs of wear.

Spring is HERE!

Went out in our backyard and took these this morning and after counting them up, I realized in a small area there were more than 10 species of birds.

New Massachusetts Law on Personal Data Protection

Massachusetts just passed a new law that governs the protection of personal information by those who store and use that information.  This affects anyone that collects information about your clients and stores it either in hard copy or any electronic manner.  There are stiff penalties for any breach that results in the data you are responsible for protecting being used in an illegal manner so it behooves you to be aware of the steps you should take to protect this information.

Caroline took me out shooting today for my upcoming birthday and we had a great time.  We ate dinner at the Top of the Hub and then went down to the observation deck on the 50th floor of the Prudential Center where we shot the sunset.  Here's one that I was able to capture.

Professional Photographers of Massachusetts Awards

I am very proud to announce that in my first Professional Photographers of Massachusetts (PPAM) print competition all 6 of the prints that I entered were awarded ribbons.  Of those 6 ribbons, 2 were Blue merit ribbons, 2 were red ribbons and 2 white ribbons.
