I'm very happy to announce that Caroline and I did very well at this year's Professional Photographers Association of Massachusetts (PPAM) competition. I'm proud of Caroline as she did a terrific job for her first competition ever earning 4 ribbons (2 Red and 2 White). She learned a tremendous amount and has already made adjustments for her next competition that I'm sure will earn her more awards.
I am truly honored to have had one of my images chosen for the Court of Honor - Illustrative/Conceptual Award which is the highest award bestowed by PPAM on a print in that category. In addition to that great honor, I am very pleased to announce that I also received the President's Award from PPAM President Dan Doke for my work on the technology for the organization. It is really nice to be recognized for the work I have done on our systems. My images received 6 ribbons (2 Blue and 4 Red). I will be posting the winning images after all of the upcoming competitions have been completed. To top all of this off, I was officially sworn in as the first PPAM - Vice President of Technology!
Thanks to all of you who also attended my first ever seminar at a PPAM convention on how to better use technology in your studios!
